New Mobile Legends hero Cici: Release date, abilities, and role

Mobile Legends will soon welcome its 123rd hero, Cici the Flambuoyant Performer. She wields a yo-yo as a weapon and holds an interesting ability to attack whilst moving. The cheerful hero will spread fun in the Land of Dawn soon so find out Cici's release date and abilities below!

Mobile Legends' Cici is set to release on December 27th, 2023.

Cici is initially scheduled to arrive alongside the new Ranked season on December 23rd, 2023. However, due to the developers spotting gameplay issues with Cici, they have delayed her release in the game. But she will arrive nonetheless to finally bring color to the gloomy Castle of Aberleen.

Cici may be using an adorable weapon, but she is designated to exude incredibly high physical damage. She is a Fighter that would thrive in the EXP Lane. Her abilities focuses on tons of damage as well as regeneration during battle. Moonton labels her difficulty level as 2.

Performer's Delight is Cici's passive ability. This passive allows Cici to increase her Movement Speed by 2% with every stack of damage dealt. Performer's Delight can stack up to 10 times, meaning Cici's movement speed can rise up to 20%. At maximum stacks, Cici also gains a 30% Spell Vamp (lifesteal).

Cici's first spell is Yo-Yo Blitz which makes her lock a nearby enemy within range and hit them up to 10 times in 3.5 seconds. The damage output increases if the target's Max HP is high. During Yo-Yo Blitz, Cici can move and use other abilities.

Cici's next ability in Mobile Legends is called the Buoyant Bounce. This is a Mobility spell that allows Cici to leap to a target location. If she lands on an enemy, she deals 200 (+75) Physical Damage to the enemy and will leap again in the target direction.

Cici's ultimate ability in Mobile Legends is called the Curtain Call. This ability lets Cici throw her Yoyo at a targetted enemy. The Yoyo will link the enemy with another nearby enemy hero whilst dealing damage, slowing them, and pulling both the heroes together for 3 seconds.

During this ability, Cici can use Yo-Yo Blitz to attack both linked targets at the same time. If only one enemy is within range, Cici will attack the same target twice, however the second attack will have a 20% damage reduction.
