Very good service
The first attempt to ship was a big fail as the carrier claimed the package to be at a pickup station and the pickup station claiming they didn't have it. Eventually the carrier said that the package was damaged and returned to sender. When I reported this to Out of Bounds, they immediately sent a replacement which arrived without further problems. Kudos for handling a customer service issue quickly and without fuss.

Good Quality Product (Better than expected).
I was skeptical but took the step and ordered and was happy with what I got. No scratches on the balls and just one with a pen mark.

False delivery time advertising
Delivery time said 2/3 days, however after 4 days of waiting the package is still in the country of origin (Sweden). I live in the Netherlands.

Hi Boris! Thank you for your review. You placed the order 15.08 on friday before the weekend, and little less than two hours after that we had packed and sent your parcel from us. I have to say, that is pretty fast :) Since it was a friday, the parcel was picked up after the weekend by DHL, and it will reach you today or tomorrow probably. You can track your order in DHL:s app.

Good products and service. The ball classification system is good and if it says "A" class thats what you get. Maybe they should do a "A++" class for balls without logos?
