I consider it fundamental that the message should be free, despite having a well-written theoretical base, I like to leave the interpretation of the public to free will. My primary quest is that the work is not a compliant work, but a sobering and emotional work; that produces emotions, it does not matter if good or bad, because the priority is that there is a reaction, and not that it is ignored. If the reaction is positive or negative is not important, the important thing is that it moves, and that this emotion is always the responsibility of the observer, because it is him/her who will always belong to. Understanding that the eye of each perceiver has different conditions, because we live in different realities and contexts. It is also the visual perception of works of art, so I prefer that the work is explained -or not- by itself and not through a suggestive previous speech. That the observer feels at liberty to let out in front of her, what awakens her. And, learn from that. Because art has to be that: a lesson in life.
