- A: AnswerThat's correct, the Best Buy pre-order bonus includes the steelbook AerTiSep, no matter which version you choose to purchase, however, the ZackCloud steelbook is a Square Enix exclusive item that you can only have if buy the deluxe edition, it is not a pre-order bonus.

- A: AnswerI had this same experience! I was told in store to call the number to get my steel case and support told me they wouldn’t do anything. I asked to be escalated to a supervisor and they said they wouldn’t do that because there’s nothing they can do. I’m so disappointed. The steel case was the only reason I preordered through Best Buy.

- A: AnswerIt seems they ran out, if you ask care they will tell you it still comes with the preorder bonus digital, which in english means nothing, if they further investigate they will tell you to look back later. It seems they ran out and haven't done a good job updating information about the outage. They cancelled many people's preorders seemingly because of this, assuring them that if they reorder they will still fill their initial preorder steelbook requirement.

- A: AnswerNo for every order you will only receive one steelbook regardless of how many games you ordered. However, there is a loophole to exploit: If you place two separate orders, you will get two steel books. So for you, you would have to make three separate orders. They can be made from the same account but different orders (please refer to the photo's for example. I did the same with crisis core) take note: The second picture is of my first order in which I ordered two games with one steelbook. The first is the corrected order
