This is my first time ever ordering from Akatsuka and im very happy. For the size of the plant it was greatly priced! Only issue was cost of shipping but i understand shipping form Hawaii is expensive. Also, some of the pollen was triggered and some of the petals are bent and ripped but those are small issues. Overall, 4.5/5
I ordered two of these and they both arrived at my home in Virginia within two days in excellent healthy condition They are just beginning to break bud this morning. Gorgeous!!!
I bought orchids from Akatsuka for several years now and I will continue to do so. The orchids come with blooms so I can immediately enjoy the flowers. Last year I bought another Cycnodes Wine Delight and I loved it so much that I had to have another one. This time I bought 'Cycnodes Wine Delight' and 'Monn. Millennium Magic'. As always, the plants came amazingly well packed with different colored shredded paper wrapped around the buds. (Many many thanks to the person who is doing the packing.) Both are very healthy and I can't wait to see the flowers. The only regret that I have is that the Cycnodes Wine Delight that I received had only one spike instead of 2 or 3 as all the pictures show (the number of spikes was not included in the description). I would not mind to pay a bit more for more spikes if they were available. I love all my Akatsuka orchids. They bring me so much joy and I will continue to buy from this vendor. I highly recommend it -you will not regret it!
